Immigration to the USA
From a central location in the West Side of Paris, close to Paris La Défense, our office assists people of all nationalities in the application and processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visas to the United States, for work, investment, family, or other reasons. Our proximity to the U.S. Embassy in Paris has given us specific experience with consular processing and inadmissibility issues, such as the immigration consequences of overstays or arrests/convictions, and waivers of inadmissibility. Given the requirements and quotas related to H-1B visas, we are always considering alternative strategies for professional immigration, particularly under the E-2, O-1, L-1, EB-1 or other categories.
