France Opens its Visa Offices to all visa categories, ending covid19 restrictions

All visa categories now accepted at VFS Office of the COnsulate of France in the United States

We have received word from the Consulate of France in Washington D.C that as of yesterday, the 9th of June, the Consulate of France is resuming treatment of all visa categories at the VFS offices in the USA (ATL, BOS, CHI, HOU, DC, NY, MIA). 

Until yesterday, under covid 19 restrictions, visa services were restricted to limited categories. 

Now that VFS is receiving all visa categories, this particularly opens up long stay visas for non-working private stays.
