Only 30 days left to appeal against a visa refusal for France
On 17 January 2023
If your visa (short or long stay) in France has been refused, you must submit a mandatory prior administrative appeal (RAPO):
- to the Commission of Appeal against the decisions to refuse entry visas to France (CRRV) for long-stay visas,
- or to the General Directorate for Foreigners in France of the Ministry of the Interior for short-stay visas.
This appeal was initially supposed to take place within 2 months after the notification of the refusal decision. In this new year, this period has been reduced to 30 days.
We assist you in all the steps to obtain a visa in France as well as in the appeal against a visa refusal.
